Product description

-          Definition:  that retains the light received by the day to be projected at night, both indoors and outdoors.

-          Use: Is particularly suitable for signals of dark and dangerous zones who receive any type of light (natural or artificial) during any hour of the day.

-          Properties: , , and on metal brackets, wood, concrete. The phosphorescence is made for some time, always in proportion to that received. Exterior paint is required approximately every six months.

Application Instructions

·         Method

      Brush, Roller, Airbrush gun, Air-Less

·         Dilution

Preferably none. In case it is very necessary use water in the proportion of 12%.

·         Cleaning

After use, clean all equipment with water.

Surfaces preparation

Can be use on any surface, always applying the corresponding primer in white color. This is essential to achieving the highest phosphorescence and is also necessary give two or three hands to get a good layer. This product is compatible with the application of microspheres, achieving the phosphorescent and luminescent – reflective property.  The application of the microspheres is the same as in the REFLET – 27 – E technical sheet. 

Hygiene and security

·         Being a flammable product, keep way from sparks and flames.

·         It is recommended the most appropriate respiratory protection to each case by the corresponding mask.

·         Avoid prolonged inhalation of solvent vapors.

·         During the application have adequate ventilation and maintain a constant air renewal.

·         Avoid eye and skin contact, if product comes in contact with skin, wash with soap and water. 

·         If the product splashes eyes, rinse with water several times; always consult your doctor or the National Institute of Toxicology, Phone Number 91 – 562.84.69.

Comments

*        When performance practical calculation take place it is necessary to be considered product losses by surface irregularities and application system.

*        The solvent addiction proportionally modifies the solid content in the paint and therefore the thickness of wet film.
